The drought stricken farmers of South Africa should have received about 1.5 billion South African Rand emergency aid money, donated by GABM members, in the latter part of last year.
This off course never materialized as Agri SA and Media24 primarily have sabotaged the GABM South African Drought Relief Project with a false and misleading and defamatory media campaign.
The fraudulent motives behind the worst betrayal of the farmers of South Africa could be exposed in a court of law.
I have yesterday received the extraordinary good news from my good friend in South Africa {Mark Paulsmeier} that I have finally succeeded in enforcing a reaction from Agri SA with my recent articles in the public domain.
I am the publisher of the many articles and posts about Agri SA’s lies and betrayal and deceit against the farmers of South Africa as well as the active role Christo van der Rheede has played in the matter.
I would therefore be extremely pleased about any proposed legal action initiated by Agri SA, as this provides an excellent opportunity to expose Agri SA on record in a court of law for all the South African farmers to see what they have done.
BUT TO DATE NO LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME, I AM WAITING!
I in particular would like to receive clarity from Agri SA during such legal action on the following critical questions and many other as well:
What motivated Agri SA to embark on such a huge false, misleading and defamatory media campaign, knowing this will prevent the South African farmers from receiving the 1.5 billion South African Rand donated by GABM members?
Why did Agri SA lied to, and misled the entire world, in particular the farmers of South Africa, by saying the GABM South African Drought Relief Project is a ‘scam’ and a ‘pyramid scheme’, while it is merely a donation out of goodwill by international philanthropists who expect absolutely nothing in return?
Why did Agri SA lied to, and misled the entire world, in particular the farmers of South Africa, by saying the Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds {investmentsngglobaldollar.blogspot.com} do not exist, while in fact it are successfully traded for the past 34 years globally by CamRey Associates and others?
Why did Agri SA lied to, and misled the entire world, in particular the farmers of South Africa, by saying the Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds are worthless, while it is in fact one of the best performing global financial instruments?
Why did Agri SA lied to, and misled the entire world, in particular the farmers of South Africa, by saying that the GABM South African Drought Relief Project is fake and intended to take advantage of the farmers of South Africa?
Why did Agri SA lied to, and misled the entire world, in particular the farmers of South Africa, by saying the GABM organization, which is the philanthropic division of IBDF International LLC (USA) does not exist at all?
Why did Agri SA decided to defame Mark Paulsmeier without cause or justification? Is it sour grapes because Mark achieved something, a 1.5 billion South African Rand donation to the farmers of South Africa, which Agri SA would never be able to match? Or, is it perhaps because Mark has declined Agri SA’s request that the 1.5 billion South African Rand donation should be deposited with Agri SA over the widespread allegations that suggest Agri SA is paying commissions to brokers and the wife of Omri van Zyl from donations obtained from corporations?
As an agricultural union and official representative who are required to serve the best interest of its member farmers, why did Agri SA decided to suddenly ‘walked away from a 1.5 billion donation from individual GABM members’ to the drought stricken farmers of South Africa because of the pathetic excuse that:
Mark Paulsmeier, as facilitator of the donation, declined to provide his personal audited financial statements to Agri SA; and,
The Global Association of Billionaires and Millionaires (GABM) organization equally refused to provide its audited financial statements and many other private and confidential information to Agri SA, while Agri SA is full aware of the fact that the GABM organization is not even involved in the project at all and Agri SA has no right whatsoever to be provided with such sensitive information concerning a private, non-public, international organization.
I put it to Agri SA and Christo van der Rheede in particular that their statements are not true and it constitutes legal and civil defamation.
I stand by my argument that Agri SA and Christo van der Rheede are deliberately and intentionally deceiving and betraying the farmers of South Africa by presenting these false and defamatory statements without the support of physical evidence, which they do not have.
