AGRI SA CEO, OMRI VAN ZYL SUSPECTED OF CORRUPTION

Omri Van Zyl, CEO of AGRI SA has been suspected of corruption within the organization.

It is alleged a large commission has been paid to Van Zyl's wife under her maiden name, from corporate donations made to the farmers of South Africa.

Van Zyl refuses to comment on the allegations, but he remains in his position as CEO of AGRI SA without any kind of sanction.

This reflects a culture of poor corporate governance at AGRI SA.
